Key Accounts are critical in our ability to achieve annual performance objectives and we are hiring a leader who will be instrumental in our go forward strategy. Responsibilities:Develop strategic, long term vision for Key Accounts centered around volume and margin. Building and leading strategic relationships with Key Accounts at both an executive and ground level (directors and above, deal administrators, sales dealers, etc). Reports to and partners with the Vice President of Channel Sales to optimize Key Account success and maximize volume opportunity. Routinely develops, reviews and analyzes data to identify market trends and opportunities. Accountable for performance of Key Account business across Sunruns primary business metrics - install growth and cash flow generation - and the input metrics that drive these results (partnership structures, process and technology influence, KPI definition and tracking, etc.) Collaborate with internal and external operational leaders (Sales, Retail, Marketing, Operations, Product, Pricing, Policy, Technology, Customer Experience) to optimize platform offering. Produce a monthly executive-level Business Operating Plan update for internal and external parties. Dotted line reporting responsibilities; deploy Key Account Representatives to support Key Account success. Researches and reports on relevant industry, market and macro-economic trends. Responsible for understanding state and utility level policy impacting residential solar. Recommends playbook changes to Key Account marketing and sales strategies. Builds a balanced R/O and corresponding scenario plans to mitigate risk and maximize upside. Create, refine and continually update education materials and content that optimizes the Partner Learning experience Drives impeccable execution of the Sunrun Way Sales Process through continued oversight and field visits. Ensures that all behaviors protect and properly represent the Sunrun brand. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Sets, expects, inspects and manages to the highest standards of customer satisfaction both internally and externally. Solves for systemic issues by partnering with the appropriate cross-functional teams within the company. Willingness to travel [at least 60%] Qualifications:Undergraduate degree required, Masters in Business Administration, Finance or other advanced degree in a quantitative field is strongly preferred. Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership-level experience leading account management or sales channel teams. Ability to drive results at both the high / strategic level and at the line-management (KPI) level. Excellent skills in complex analytic problem solving, project management, change management, & group process. Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, & results orientation. Understanding of core financial metrics and installation volume measurements. Comfort with structured and quantitative management, and fluency in key tools. Experience with technology including Salesforce, Oracle BI, and other sales forecasting tools. Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in forecasting monthly, Ability to drive a vehicle during the normal course of business. Must maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check. Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid drivers license.
