What we need

 

As a Customer Success Manager you will help lead the client success team. You will be at the forefront of ensuring the team is working with our tech-enabled transaction coordination clients - and our affiliated transaction coordinators - to build trust and guide them in using the platform to its fullest potential, providing an exceptional experience with Transactly. 

 

You will be a powerful advocate that shows clients the path to value while solving problems, identifying opportunities, and improving and creating new processes while creating buy-in from the rest of the Success department and Transactly team. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the overall success and growth of Transactly.

 

What youll do

 

  • Build and maintain great client relationships between our Coaches and Clients
  • Help execute on the vision and strategic plan for the Success department
  • Lead Success Coaches and Reps to provide an unparalleled experience with our technology and tech-enabled transaction coordination services
  • Thoroughly learn our technology, processes and how we create value for our users and leverage that knowledge for creative problem solving 
  • Optimize client lifecycle by driving initiatives to improve retention, loyalty and engagement 
  • Address escalated client issues with speed and poise 
  • Maximize the strength of the team and aligning their efforts to the mission and vision of the organization

 

What you have

  • Experience leading customer success teams or the like
  • Proven experience leading teams, creating new processes, and driving tech adoption
  • Proven ability perfecting client relationship
  • Successfully sold and/or managed technology/software solutions
  • Working knowledge of developing and delivering technology-driven solutions
  •  Working knowledge of developing and executing communication plans
  • A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
  • Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology
  • A do what it takes attitude, to drive client adoption and success
  • Holds strong operational skills that will drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction
