Job Purpose

Are you looking for a fun and challenging job in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an immediate need for an IT Service Desk Manager. You will report to the Enterprise IT Sr Systems Manager. As the owner of the Enterprise IT ServiceDesk you will support the cross functional needs of MX. You will be responsible to help increase the efficacy of process workflow across the organization.

What you'll get to do

  • Lead a high energy team responsible for the operation and maintenance of all employees technology

  • Mentor team to achieve new heights in technical capability

  • Assess and improve processes for onboarding new employees

  • Be responsible for budgeting, asset supply, inventory tracking, and full asset lifecycle management for employee equipment

  • Define success metrics for Service Desk

  • Triage systems issues and escalate to appropriate teams as needed

  • Improve Service Desk tools to better support the company

  • Take part in managing AV requirements for events and needs around the office

  • Assist facilities and culture teams in company needs for employee workspaces

You'll do it using your

  • Innate understanding of end user technologies

  • Experience implementing and building in ServiceNow or similar ITIL tools

  • Solid understanding of and experience with ITIL

  • Familiarity with tracking regulator controls identified in SOC 2 Type II, PCI and others

  • Thirst for perfection through iterative improvement

  • Strong communication skills and team collaborative ability
