Health and Rehabilitation. Our Nurses will utilize specialized
skills and judgment when delivering care to patients. A skilled
nurse implements and evaluates patient care while performing
nursing procedures to treat and rehabilitate patients.About Us: We

multiple residents in a timely manner* Monitor Resident's health
and progress by evaluating his vital signs and assessing other
indications of his physical and mental well-being.* Administer
medication and treatment per the Physician orders specific to the
patient.* Instruction and observation of adherence to treatment or
care protocols prescribed per the physician.* Assist and direct in
the admission/discharge process of patientsLicense
Required:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standingCPR
