Job Description Greenfield Milling TITLE CDL Truck Driver - Local Job Location Richmond, UT 84333 Position Type Full Time Salary Range $28.00 - $28.00 Hourly Description CDL Truck Driver - Local This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a Class A commercial motor vehicle and requires compliance with DOT and safety regulations. DESCRIPTION: - $28/hour - Sunday - Thursday, 8pm-6am, additional hours available - Home daily completing yard moves, local deliveries and sanitizing pneumatic trailers - Daily Work Reporting location - Richmond, UT RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal laws. - Complete Pre-trip and post trip of all equipment daily, reporting any issues supervisor. - Assist in loading, unloading, and staging of trailers - Transport flour & grain materials to customers locally, re-sealing when empty. - Empty and Sanitize Pneumatic Trailers. - Confirm accuracy of BOL, Seals and trailer number after hooked to the trailer. - Must be professional and courteous, always being a great ambassador for the company. - Must be punctual. - Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition - Keep in constant communication with customers, supervisors, and fellow employees - Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. - No pets are allowed in the company equipment. - Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications CDL TRUCK DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have 2 years Class A verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience in last 5 years - Working knowledge of Van, Pneumatic, and Hopper trailers preferred. - Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions in English. - Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures. WORKING CONDITIONS: - Cranking handles. - Lifting, as needed. - Periods of sitting while operating a CMV. - Climbing into and out of equipment daily, while using 3-point contact. - Swinging of mallet repeatedly.
