• 401(K) employer contribution Job Details Required Qualifications:
• 7 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or client
success leadership (preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services). •
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, PMP certification, or technical
certifications in sales systems or automation tools is a plus. •
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, shift priorities
quickly, and execute in a fast-faced, high-growth environment. •
Demonstrated experience managing teams, designing, documenting, and
training on new operational processes across cross-functional
teams. • Strong organizational and time management skills with a
track record of implementing scalable systems and workflows. •
Exceptional communication skills- both written and verbal- with the
ability to lead trainings, present to leadership, and create clear
documentation. • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability
to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across
departments. • Strong knowledge of HubSpot, NetSuite, and modern
sales tech stacks. • Working knowledge of AI/automation tools and
how they can be applied to business operations. • Customer-first
mindset and a passion for solving internal and external pain
