Come experience the stability of a 19 year old company, with the thrill and vision of a startup!Who You Are: You will be an experienced CSM/Consulting player-manager, who is looking to take on the challenge of leading one of our territories. You will be empowered to work with the sales, pre-sales and product teams to formulate and execute a renewal strategy that will allow the Sales teams to deliver on their revenue goals.What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years of Consulting or Customer Success Management and having lead a post-sales team
  • An extraordinary understanding of customer service, and enterprise working methodologies
  • Equivalent experience in a relevant industry/field
  • An ability to lead and develop workflow processes
  • An ability to drive customer success with the eFileCabinet software
  • Desire to be a customer advocate
  • The technical capacity to troubleshoot and support customers from a technical perspective
  • Analytical thinking
  • A desire to empower and educate the customer, inspiring them to see the value and outcomes eFileCabinet could bring them
  • The capacity to operate at a macro and micro level, thinking strategically and executing on the work
  • A sense of ownership over your work and how you communicate and work with others
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
  • Comfort in the relative chaos of working at a high growth company
  • Ability to create and run webinars and technical trainings for large groups of individuals In This Role, You'll Get To:
    • Build a deep understanding of your customers' needs and turn them into power users of eFileCabinet.
    • Use your industry knowledge, creativity, communication skills, and organizational skills to help deliver tangible, positive results to our customers' document management efforts
    • Become the trusted advisor for your customers
    • Drive product adoption across your customer base
    • Develop and execute workflow processes with your customers
    • Guide customers with industry best practices to get the most out of the eFileCabinet product
    • Help customers with technical questions and issues
    • Write and deliver Quarterly Strategy Reports
    • Forecast customer renewals against renewal targets
    • Educate and enable to maximize customer value and enable them to meet their outcomes and objectives for using eFileCabinetWhat We Offer:
