Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will help to achieve hire targets and headcount total for the year. This role is responsible for talent attraction and engagement for technical profiles that consist of Software Engineering, Network Engineering, and Technical Project Managers. Our ideal candidate will have experience independently sourcing candidates and running the full cycle process from resume review to offer. You will report into our VP, Human Resources.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting process for Product Development roles from sourcing/resume review to offer. We expect that you'll hire around 8-10 candidates per quarter

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience for every candidate

Collaborate with hiring managers to focus on quality of hires, diversity of hires, and process efficiency

Build trusted relationships with product development hiring teams and executives

Report technical recruiting metrics to help improve the effectiveness of our technical recruiting team

Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.

Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.

Recruit senior engineering candidates experienced in Javascript , Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Recruit senior software product managers.

Required Skills and Credentials:

7+ years of full cycle technical recruiting from sourcing to offer

Experience sourcing qualified candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or similar job boards

Experience with Paylocity (or a similar ATS) preferred

Experience partnering with Executives, Managers, and Interviewers throughout the hiring process

This job is hybrid, we have an office in Lehi, UT
