Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer with the top leading multimedia and creative software company in world. This position will help to develop and implement the ServiceNow platform. We have different business units and our main challenge is to implement a core ServiceNow platform that will help deliver Employee Center Pro, Case Management, Chat Support, Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Service Management, Service Mapping and alerting/monitoring correlation and Program Management.Responsibilities:

• Work with the product managers to analyze the requirements and provide technical solutions in ServiceNow platform
• Design, develop and rollout new application modules, workflows and catalogues in ServiceNow
• Provide software configuration and customization that includes workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration and custom scripting
• Creation and customization of the core applications such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal and Service Catalog
• System and Process Automation.Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification would be an added advantage.
  • Implementation experience of ServiceNow platform that includes the following
  • Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Request Service Portal/Service Catalog and User Set up.
  • Experience in setup of Configuration Management
  • CMDB and knowledge of Discovery application and CI probing
  • Understanding of broader spectrum of ServiceNow capabilities
  • Experience with third party integrations
  • ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience in Service Watch Event Management and Performance Testing
  • Web Services integration (SOAP and REST)
  • Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP).
  • Experience in implementing systems using Agile Scrum framework
  • Experience working with global teams
