What will you be doing?
- Supporting existing customers to ensure they are getting the
most out of their data through the DataBased software
- Implementing and configuring our customers' setup of the
product through a UI (no code)
- Strategizing with our team, and customers to deliver value to
our customers through the implementation of our product
DataBased is a software product that is all about deriving what
action to take based on data. You will support customers in using
the product correctly so they can get the analysis correctly and
There is a massive need in the world for data visualization because
leaders want to know what actions to take. They want their
decisions to be derived from data. However, many leaders are not
naturally mathematically inclined, or do not have the requisite
skills to perform such analysis. DataBased is focused on providing
insights and recommendations to leaders, instead of focusing on
data visualization. You are going to be working on business
problems that are going to revolutionize the way leaders take
What skills/background are we looking for?Communication skills are
also critical as you will be conversing with people ranging from
high level executives to non-technical employees. You will be
communicating with people daily, and if you enjoy large amounts of
human interaction, this opportunity could be great for you.
Any experience in customer support/service is a plus.
