What's the MissionDeliver customer value through providing quality development work on our web application.
How is success measuredTLDR - Helps the team hit sprint goal delivery of 80%+.You'll be developing proof-of-concept and production-ready code that is addressed through diagnosis and resolution of customer needs. We work in an agile environment (cuz waterfall is lame) and at the end of each sprint you'll demo your code to the engineering team. Yay! Javascript, Angular, React, C#, SQL, NoSQL, Messaging, AWS Lambda, REST, GraphQL, CI/CD, Datadog, UI/UX Design Concepts, Automated Unit and UI Testing, Security, and a bunch of other nerdy technical terms should be first nature to you. You've done this for at least 2 years so these terms should make a lot of sense.
SuperpowersSelf Driven. We need someone who embodies this value and can figure things out and move quickly. If you need direction and someone to hold your hand, this job is not for you.Deliver Customer Value. Unit and integration tests should deliver value in reducing code smells, and issues via static analysis feedback. In other words, our customers should be saying, "Aw dip. This product is off the charts cool. Whoever wrote that code deserves a raise!"
