Are you ready to join our team?About the RoleWe are currently seeking a talented Sr. Software Engineer to join our development team in creating innovative solutions to challenging business problems.On a typical day, you will be:Solving business problems using design-led, cloud-based softwareLead your teammates from a technical standpoint to ensure you are continuously learning and improving as a group in a high performing agile environmentHands-on development of both proofs-of-concept and production-ready codeIdentifying and addressing needs through diagnosis and resolution.Working with other departments to understand needs; developing software, estimating work, and implementing a successful delivery of customer valuePrioritizing development tasks for time to completion and customer satisfactionDemoing the software to engineering and other stakeholdersWorking with the development and customer-facing teams to address technical issues and improve the productOur ideal candidate has:Advanced Experience with Javascript: NestJS & Angular 9 desiredHistory of delivering Enterprise class SaaS solutions to customers in Microservice-based architecturesAbility to design, build, and evolve complex software systems for SaaS productsUnderstands webapp state management (eg. ngrx, ngxs, etc)Has honed best practices and continuously improving their use of modern techniques, tools, platforms, languages and frameworksInspires and mentors others through exampleExperience providing robust APIs, including documentation for both internal and external customersBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study6+ years professional development work experienceNice to have:Commitment to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) Technology experience with: HTML/CSS, Rxjs, gRPC, .NET, CQRSUnderstanding of UI/UX design conceptsJob Perks and Benefits:Competitive salary, company interests, and performance-based bonus structureGreat teammates and passionate company cultureComprehensive benefits packageFlexible PTO Paid Parental Leave401KPM21JobNimbus is proud to be an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
