Job Description

• Ensure the quality and health of the software system
• Research and evaluate new technologies and advocate for continual improvement
• Implementing technical solutions to well-defined and documented tasks following the established Software Development Life Cycle
• Mentor and encourage team members
• Take defined business needs and design high-quality technical solutions that satisfy those requirements.
• Review software code and provide constructive feedback
  
  Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or a related field) and 4+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to effectively present and instruct team members
  • Ability to define/refine problems and architect and document technical solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiar with and an advocate for the use of development tools and processes to ensure and improve software quality.
  • Experience with best development practices in a cloud-hosted environment (AWS experience preferred)
  • Comfortable with leading out and doing implementation in a full-stack development environment
  • Preferred technologies: C#, Typescript, Angular, WPF, Docker
