Java Backend Software Developer, Intern

• Work with a team of Engineers in an Agile development environment
• Acquire experience in a critical and extremely marketable area of software development
• Learn about process and compliance issues related to online processing of orders and payments
• Develop and improve highly available and reliable services using Java, Spring, and MySQL
• Investigate, design and implement a micro service architecture using AWS cloud technologies and platforms
• Ensure quality by creating comprehensive unit and acceptance tests Who You Are:
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited US educational institution
  • Must have a graduation date after April 2022
  • Some (0-6 months) experience with Java is preferred Candidates with some familiarity with the following will be preferred:
    • Linux
    • Spring
    • REST
    • SQL
    • Jenkins
    • AWS infrastructure
