SummaryYoung Living is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated, results-driven People Business Partner. This position plays a significant role in providing functional expertise in all areas of Human Capital Management. This individual has comprehensive experience in, but not limited to, employee relations, benefits, project management, regulatory compliance, coaching, partnering, and building trust.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.Meet weekly with business leaders on a wide variety of employee related issues including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance management, and investigations and recommend appropriate courses of action 20%Partner with HR Operations to ensure execution of all human resource operations within assigned client groups and serve as a central point of contact for client groups' HR needs 15%Analyze data and effectively organize and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy. Draw analysis-based conclusions and collaborate on innovative solutions 10%Meet with managers and employees regarding performance issues. Counsel Managers regarding appropriate corrective actions and documentation to ensure internal processes and policies are followed 10%Provide a consultative, proactive approach to employees and managers on employee relations matters 10%Conduct investigations and respond to unemployment claims, as needed 5%Support the development, recommendation, and implementation of policies, procedures and process improvements. 5%Coach managers on how to document employee related situations 5%Help process transactions via HRIS including promotions, transfers, job and compensation changes and terminations 5%Respond to inquiries regarding the organization's processes, policies, procedures, and programs 5%Prepare reports and analyze data for use in discussions with senior management regarding critical topics such as attrition, recruiting, etc. 5%Assist in administration of company compensation and benefits programs 5%Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesWorking knowledge of employment and labor laws.Skilled in problem solving and creating viable solutions.Demonstrated to meet goals while working under limited supervision.Ability to implement HR projects and drive to completion.Skilled in working and collaborating with employees and leadership.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis job does not supervise employees.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, photocopiers, shredders, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use manual dexterity to handle, feel, and operate objects, tools, and controls and reach with hands and arms. This individual is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.Job Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis job requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.The incumbent in this job primarily works from an established workspace during established business hours. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience, and three to five years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
