Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Opening Shift Manager to start each day and interact with our customers . In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations during the opening hours (From 10:30 - 3:30), maintaining high standards of product quality, customer service, and team management. Your leadership will set the tone for a successful day, overseeing food preparation, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Creating and maintaining an enjoyable and clean environment for customers and patrons. Lead the opening procedures by preparing the kitchen and dining areas for service, ensuring all equipment is operational and sanitized. Manage Clover POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Oversee inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs Assist training new staff members on food safety, food handling, customer service, and restaurant policies to foster a knowledgeable team Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations and safety standards Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry operations including casual dining or fine dining environments Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, along with cash handling expertise Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety practices, and food management procedures Previous hospitality management experience in hotel or restaurant settings is highly desirable Join us as an Opening Shift Manager to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
