Job Description:
Please note, this position is located at Deer Valley Resort in
Park City, UT. Seasonal Classic, consistent quality from a winning
team! Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of

plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Steward is
responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the
restaurant back of the house area. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive, clean, and restock flatware, china, glassware, and all
other operating equipment Load and operate the Champion dish
machine and pot and pan machine Clean walls and floors, clean and
organize shelving, empty trash containers, keep handwash stations
stocked with soap and paper towels, and stock kitchen areas with
gloves Perform scheduled cleaning of hoods, walk-ins, ovens,
grills, drains, hand sinks, kettles, tilt skillet, etc. Ensure dock
area is clean and organized Put boxes in the bailer and check the
trash compactor often Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior restaurant experience preferred Must be able to lift and
carry 25-50 lbs Able to stand for long periods of time and work in
hot, humid conditions DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: 01/01/2026-04/19/2026
