In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing and mobilizing a team of hourly associates to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals are met You will be responsible for
Driving accountability through strong leadership and setting consistent expectations You will be responsible for Promote a positive team atmosphere and champion involvement of all employees You will be responsible for Regular, formal, and informal evaluations and feedback of the performance of hourly associates You will be responsible for
Ensure adherence to plant standards (including but not limited to GMP, AIB, FDA, Quality, Safety, Finance, ISO) About youBachelor's Degree preferred, but not required. You will have 2 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment. Previous supervisory experience within a food/beverage environment is preferred.
