Customer Service Representative schedules operation and maintenance
service appointments for performance technicians across the
country. The main focus of the Associate Field Performance
Coordinator is to communicate with customers confirming
appointments and optimizing schedules of performance technicians
increasing efficiency of field service scheduling.
Responsponsibilities Owns the scheduling customer experience for
all operational solar customers in a geographical area Communicates
with customers to dispatch service appointments and answer any
related questions to solar performance Schedules service
appointments with customer keeping technician routes optimal Logs
customer interactions and appointment details into various systems
Communicates with local offices to overcome scheduling challenges
Completes various scheduling tasks assigned by tier 2 team Complete
other tasks as deemed appropriate by supervisor Regular attendance,
punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule of availability
are conditions of employment and essential function of this
position Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent
Proactive, energetic and self-motivated Must be a self-starter,
take on various duties and be able to take initiative when needed
Ability to work independently and closely with other members of
department and project team Strong communication skills Ability to
listen and active problem solving skills Strong interpersonal
skills Analytical skills Understanding of scheduling processes and
how they work Ability to meet deadlines as well as set and hold
others to deadlines Organizational skills Ability to communicate
effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to handle multiple
tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment Scheduling
software knowledge is a plus Experience in PowerPoint, Word and
