Employment Type: Part-time – We welcome applicants seeking a
flexible schedule, with opportunities rangin from one day per week
to a minimum commitment of two days per month. Schedule: Office
hours run from 8am to 4pm Monday through Thursday About our

service and the highest quality treatment. Position Summary: We are
seeking a licensed, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our
dental team. In this role, you will provide high-quality preventive
care, educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health, and
support the dentist in delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and
committed to excellence in care. We welcome applicants seeking a
flexible schedule, with opportunities ranging from one day per week
to a minimum commitment of two days per month. Key
Responsibilities: Clinical Duties Perform dental cleanings,
including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning Conduct
periodontal assessments and charting Take and interpret dental
radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with regulations Pre-diagnose
treatment plans Take impressions for the patient as needed Identify
signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the dentist
Patient Education Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and
preventive care Discuss treatment plans and reinforce the dentist’s
recommendations Provide post-treatment care instructions Clinical
Support & Compliance Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Sterilize and
maintain instruments and operatory cleanliness Collaborate with the
dental team to ensure efficient patient flow Qualifications
Required Valid Dental Hygienist license in UT Current CPR/BLS
certification Ability to administer local anesthesia Minimum 1 year
experience post-graduation Preferred Previous experience in dental
or clinical setting post graduation Familiarity with dental i.e.
Dentrix Experience with periodontal therapy and patient education
programs Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Strong attention to detail and clinical
precision Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability
to work independently and as part of a team Time management and
organizational skills Work Environment & Schedule Dental office
clinical setting Part-time Position Prolonged standing and use of
fine motor skills required Compensation & Benefits Offering $45.00
to $50.00 an hour; depending on experience Supportive and
Collaborative Work Environment Compensation: $45-$50/hour
