Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical
Resource Director to join our team of committed professionals. In
this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficient utilization of
clinical resources, ensuring optimal deployment of staff and
supplies to provide high-quality patient care. You will collaborate
with medical staff and management to streamline operations, reduce
waste, and improve service delivery within our healthcare
facilities. Your expertise will support our mission to care for and
improve human life, working across nearly 2,000 sites of care,
including hospitals and surgery centers. Evaluate and analyze
clinical resource utilization to ensure optimal staffing and supply
levels. Collaborate with hospital leaders and department heads to
align resource allocation with patient care needs and operational
goals. Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and
resource efficiency. Maintain compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards. Lead cross-functional teams to drive
improvements in patient care processes. Assist in the budgeting and
planning of resource allocation. Monitor and report on key
performance indicators related to resource utilization. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
negotiation skills Proficient in data analysis and financial
forecasting Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare

(CHFP) Master's degree in Health Administration or related field
