Job Description Job Description Position Title: Dental Treatment / Insurance Coordinator Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: • Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Rotating Saturdays: 1–2 per month Position Summary: Traverse Mountain Family Dental is seeking an experienced Treatment/Insurance Coordinator to support patients with treatment planning, financial discussions, and insurance coordination. Must be confident in presenting treatment and providing excellent patient communication. Requirements: • Minimum 1-year dental office experience preferred • Knowledge of dental terminology • Experience presenting and discussing treatment plans • Insurance verification and coordination experience • Open Dental experience preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills Key Responsibilities: • Present and review treatment plans with patients • Discuss financial options and assist with scheduling • Verify, input, and coordinate dental insurance benefits • Support patient experience and office workflow • Maintain accurate records and documentation Benefits: • Health Insurance • 401(k) Plan Work Location: On-Site
