calculated based on years of licensed experience) Retention

also available Role Highlights Unique opportunity to support adults
with Autism in-clinic and day program setting No evenings or
weekends! No in-home support - all services are offered in center
and occasionally in the community Collaborative team with clinical
support from BCBA's and LCSW Benefit Highlights On-Demand Pay
allows access to a portion of earned wages before the usual payday.
Time off includes 15 days of annual accrued paid time off, which
increases by one day with each year of service, 11 paid holidays, 2
wellness days, and paid parental leave. Full-time and part-time (30

Summary & Deliverables The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
conducts functional assessments of challenging behaviors and
designs comprehensive treatment and behavior intervention plans to
meet individual and family needs. The BCBA trains and provides
clinical supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians and other
direct support staff to ensure adherence to evidence-based
practices and treatment implementation. Performs functional
assessments of challenging behaviors for assigned clients Designs,
implements and evaluates behavioral support and intervention plans
Supports caregivers of clients with strategies for behavior support
to maximize individual and familial functioning Teaches and models
behavior support techniques to caregivers and direct care staff
Provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians
and assigned clinical staff Provides initial and ongoing Registered
Behavior Technician training and competency assessment Monitors
implementation and documentation (programs, targets, data) for
assigned Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct support
staff Meets direct care and documentation requirements for assigned
caseload Teaches and models behavior support techniques to
caregivers and direct care staff Provides clinical supervision to
Registered Behavior Technicians and assigned clinical staff
Provides initial and ongoing Registered Behavior Technician

Requirements: Education Master's degree in Applied Behavior
Analysis or a related field One year of experience working with
autism spectrum disorders and behavior change programs
Licenses/Certifications BCBA certification CPR certification Valley
de-escalation certification Preferred Qualifications Two years
working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other
disabilities and co-occurring health disorders Two years of
experience with functional behavior assessments and behavior
intervention plans
