UltraMist Technician (Salt Lake City, UT) Our mission to change

will find this to be a great career. Who we are looking for: LPNs
who have a passion for making a difference in skin and wound care
and are willing to travel in person to patients' homes to provide
wound care. Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited
to): Traveling independently to Private Homes, Adult Family Homes,
and Independent Living Facilities Independently perform wound care,
including photo documentation of skin conditions, dressing changes,
and UltraMist treatments (pain-free debridement) –seeing
approximately 6-8 patients a day Apply and remove topical
medications and dressings Collaborate with our providers virtually
through audio/visual visits Occasionally assist the provider in
person with wound care procedures Perform administrative tasks and
complete documentation as necessary Abide by company safety
protocols for every visit; i.e. check-in and check-out Participate
in regular team meetings for training, team building, and
professional development Perform additional tasks and
responsibilities as assigned Skills required to succeed: 1 years
experience as an LPN; licensed in working state Driving! Must have
reliable transportation; valid driver’s license, and current auto
insurance Ability to travel to multiple locations each day within
an assigned territory Telehealth experience –preferred Ability to
multitask while providing compassionate patient care This
fast-paced position requires standing for extended periods of time
Computer savvy; Intermediate proficiency using MS Suite: Word,
Teams, Outlook, and Excel Leadership qualities with the ability to
work well within a team of healthcare providers and partner
facilities Must be self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and able
to work/schedule appointments independently Excellent attention to
detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage time
effectively Ability to respond appropriately to constant change in
priorities and services Must have strong interpersonal skills and
the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people
through both verbal and written communication lines Compensation:
$34.71 - $38.85 (DOE) with bonus potential Anticipated Territory:
Salt Lake City, UT This position is classified as: Hourly,
Non-Exempt; Full-Time employment Hours: Typical hours are Monday
through Friday; varied hours between 6am - 5pm PST, no nights or
weekends Benefits: Associates working 20hrs per week:
