a Pharmacy Manager in a dynamic retail grocery setting, overseeing
a dedicated team while ensuring top-quality patient care and
regulatory compliance. This opportunity is contract to hire and
ideal for experienced pharmacy professionals ready to step into a
leadership role. Responsibilities: Manage daily pharmacy operations
including prescription review, filling, and dispensing in
accordance with legal and ethical standards. Supervise, schedule,
and mentor pharmacy staff such as pharmacists, technicians, and
interns to foster a collaborative work environment. Ensure strict
adherence to state, federal, and company policies including HIPAA
and controlled substance regulations. Maintain accurate logs,
documentation, and records for audits and regulatory inspections to
guarantee compliance. Oversee pharmacy inventory management
including ordering, stock rotation, returns, and monitoring of
controlled drugs. Desired Experience: Bachelor of Science in
Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Valid Utah
Pharmacy License. Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or
community pharmacy, with management experience preferred.
Certification in immunizations and CPR. Location: Based in Brigham
City, Utah. Schedule: Typical shift runs from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
