If you love seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard, we want to hear from you.As a Strategic Partner Advisor, your primary goal is to find new healthcare partnerships that need an Allied health training solution to help improve employee performance. In this role you will need to develop genuine relationships with health system partners; understand their needs and sell to those needs. You will be able to leverage your talent, hard work, and skills, to successfully achieve your sales quota. You will be instrumental in moving our strategic focus forward on our CareerStep B2B sales division at Carrus. We train people so that they can change their lives and we are looking for proven sales professionals that will enjoy helping us drive our mission forward.You always own your number and enjoy the thrill of a close! The SPA (Account Executive) spends their day finding healthcare systems that know they need high quality training to improve their quality of care and patient outcomes.What youll do:10% Market Research

Keep pace with market developments, produce market reports, and quickly develop new supplier and stakeholder relationships40% Prospecting New Clients
Collaborate effectively with the team and others to build a healthy pipeline and drive new business
Lead and direct the activity of their assigned territory, strategic accounts, and business development, to drive revenue and achieve our goalsForecast sales accurately in assigned territoryContinually enhance existing partnerships to drive more leads and revenue30% Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
Deliver exceptional online and on-site solution presentations to both small and large groupsSell the CareerStep platform by aligning needs to new clients in higher education and health systems
Effectively negotiate and close partnership agreements20% Strategy and Metrics
Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas within specified time frameAnalyze sales activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives and/or redirect, realign direction of sales managers and sales teamEnsure functional business plans and sales strategies, goals, policies and objectives are alignedYoull be successful in this role if you haveEducation and Experience:
4-year degree preferred in Business or related field4+ years sales experienceSkills
Team collaboration: Experience working with account managers to drive resultsGoogle Slides-strong presentation skillsVideo Demos - can effectively conduct a sales presentation through a video conferenceSalesforce-Strong sales cycle management skillsLinkedin-Success in prospecting new business leadsTableauCompetencies
