As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for
owning the product strategy and ultimate success of the product
suite. This position will lead other product managers and ensure a
cohesive, innovative strategy across nCino products. Being part of
the product team means working collaboratively with developers and
other key stakeholders to take the right ideas from concept to
final delivery and adoption in the market. Product Management at

customers.Responsibilities:
- Lead product vision, strategy, development and execution to
establish world-class, industry-leading, well-adopted products
- Create our product strategy, ensuring alignment with the
company's vision and goals
- Identify market trends and translate insights into product
features or enhancements
- Manage and prioritize innovative initiatives for new product
development
- Source and hire top-talent and organize the R&D teams for
maximum effectiveness
- Be an expert in the industry and conduct competitive
analysis
- Partner with related tech companies and government sponsored
entities to build joint solutions to increase home ownership and
affordability
- Maximize revenue by partnering with Sales (presenting roadmaps,
prioritizing new capabilities, crafting SOWs, establishing pricing
models, etc.)
- Create, validate, prioritize, refine, and present the short and
long-term roadmaps
- Help establish and improve development, release, go-to-market,
and support procedures
- Establish goals and KPIs to ensure that the most effective
results are being achieved
- Foster partnership and collaboration between Product, UX, and
Engineering by establishing a shared vision for what we are
building and why
- Protect Customer Service and Support by providing a quality
product and ample documentation and training
- Evangelize products through customer conversations at the
C-level as well as on stage at industry conferences and events
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to
tactical activities
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by
conducting market research supported by on-going conversations with
customers and non-customers
- Drive a solution across development teams (primarily
Development/Engineering and Marketing Communications) through
market requirements and product positioning
- Analyze potential partner relationships for the product
Qualifications: -Required: -
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
comparable field
- 10+ years of software marketing/product management experience,
specifically in the mortgage lending space with 5+ years management
experience or a combination of education, experience, and superior
performance
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS product management
experience
- Knowledge of the mortgage lending space in relation to both
processes, technology and regulations
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability creating, executing and scaling complex,
comprehensive products
- Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback
into actionable requirements
- An ability to clearly communicate your vision in a way that
both inspires and motivates people to deliver on the vision
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- This position requires travel to customer and non-customer
sites in North America (Desired:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies -
- MBA
- Experience with Product Management tools such as Atlassian
