OUTDOOR POOL ASSISTANT MANAGERCLOSING DATE: April 1, 2023
PAY RATE: $15.42 - $18.50/Hour (Depending on Experience)
SCHEDULE: Part - Time
DEPARTMENT: RecreationJOB SUMMARY

This employee will assist the Outdoor Pool Manager and the Aquatics Manager with day to day responsibilities.
This employee will supervise head lifeguards and lifeguards, deal with disciplinary issues of staff and lifeguards at times, and other administrative duties as needed.
Shifts would include evenings and Saturdays, some early mornings as well.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of work in an aquatic facility management is preferred.
- Certifications include current Red Cross lifeguard certification, current CPR and First aid certification.
- LGIT and WSIT certifications a plus.
- Computer literacy and ability to work with the public and other Legacy employees are required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and in good general health.
- Must have current Food Handler's Permit.
