Who you are:

• A strong leader that will develop and direct the overall strategy of the S&OP process across Young Living's North American Markets
• Someone who has strong organizational and planning skills
• Someone who embodies Young Living's core values What you'll own:
  • Supply chain optimization and S&OP
  • Optimize the customer experience
  • Develop strategies and implement plans to improve and standardize all aspects of Young Living's North American operations
  • Contribute towards the achievement of Young Living Corporate headquarters strategic and operational objectives. Ensure operational processes stay within agreed upon budgets and timelines
  • Strategic planning and Improvement
  • Successfully leading and developing a team
  • Manage day-to-day performance, morale, and culture of the Canada Operations team, US Planning and Forecasting Team Experience you'll need:
    • Strong Operations Background with a minimum 10 years of experience in the Operations field
    • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations related field (Master's Preferred)
      • A Certificate in Supply Chain Management (SCMP) Logistics or Transportation professional designation (SCMP, P.Log, CITT) is preferred
      • Thorough understanding of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Lean Operations, and Lean Production (certifications are preferred)
      • Strong ERP background (JDE Enterprise preferably)
      • Thorough understanding of Warehousing, WMS systems, and fulfilment processes
      • Strong forecasting and statistics background
      • Strong background in Importation and custom clearance
      • Understating of local culture and Canada's last mile delivery systems
      • Fluent in English (read/write/speak) and communication skills
      • Experienced leader with proven track record of collaboration with cross functional teams
      • Change management and transformational change experience
      • Able to develop solutions to complex problems which require an in-depth degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness
