We are a virtual first company, with teams working across North America. This role is virtual. #LI-Remote - As the Director of Product, you will lead product development and management. Your primary responsibilities will be to implement a product road map strategy, to oversee other product managers and UX designers in the advancement of that strategy, and to manage key products directly. You will communicate with customers, stakeholders, product managers, and analysts in making product decisions. Requirements What will I need to thrive in this role? -
  • 5-10 years of experience in senior product design and management, or related fields
  • Background in tech/software industry preferred
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a drive to help others succeed
  • Dedicated to reaching and exceeding goals

  • Able to operate independently as well as part of a team
  • Some travel may be required

    • Create, define, and manage multi-year product roadmap -
    • Adjust/implement product development processes, as needed
    • Conceptualize new product ideas and recommend new product investments
    • Prioritize feature development, consistent with overall strategy
    • Collaborate with and gather feedback from end users, including enterprise customers, on feature requirements
    • Write product requirements and user stories
    • Build and manage a team of product managers and UX designers
    • Provide leadership, motivation, and hands-on direction to product managers and project teams -
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products are launched according to plan
    • Identify issues preventing successful execution of strategy and work with others to overcome them
