Job Description:

A growing local CPA firm is seeking a full-time office administrator/customer support manager. Candidate must have good organizational skills with business knowledge to gather data from clients to facilitate accounting services. This position will require customer interaction to ensure quality service.

*Responsibilities Include: *

Build relationships with new and existing clients; gather information and prepare work for staff; assist with client needs; receive and record payments; assist staff in being productive and effective; ensuring the firm has a professional and positive appearance; answer phones and emails.

*Qualifications*

The applicant should possess the following qualifications: --- Excellent all-around communication skills --- Strong attention to detail --- Proficient computer skills --- Proactive self-starter in down time --- Ability to work well in fast paced environment and able to meet deadlines --- Proficient in QuickBooks and 10-Key by touch is helpful.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Benefits:

* 4 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Lehi, UT 84043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
* Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
* Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
