Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to accurately select and pack groceries and merchandise ordered online by Harmons customers.This person will receive and check incoming orders, locate and gather the products from inside the store in a timely manner and ensure that all orders are ready for customer pickup with attention to quality and freshness.This position is to increase the direct website use through delivering an exceptional customer service experience. This person will respond to customers orders and inquiries, review requests, contact customers to clarify orders ensuring all necessary information is included and may route questions to the appropriate department.This person will assist the eShop Managerwith keeping the eShop department running properly and profitably, knowing all aspects of eShop, being able to fill in for any position when necessary and will train new eShop associate, ensure the friendly delivery of Harmons products to stores and customers, loading deliveries onto their vehicle, delivering to and between stores, to customers homes and workplaces all while providing excellent customer assistance via email support and phone support.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows established departmental and store policies and proceduresReceive and check incoming eStore ordersAssemble orders as necessary to match individual eStore invoicesReview and inspect orders ensuring that the correct specifications have been metConfirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad itemsProvide customer support efforts by using product knowledgeConstantly be in touch with the daily updates and requirements of the customersHelps ensure product descriptions are accurate by communicating opportunities to Support TeamIncrease traffic to the website and strengthen Harmons customer loyaltyContacts customers to clarify requestsResponsible for being an alert and courteous driver at all timesChecks delivery invoice against what is being loaded into the delivery vehicleScan each label/bag to insure all the customers groceries are being loaded into the delivery vehicleMakes deliveries to customers homes and workplacesLoads products to be deliveredPerforms a monthly fuel reconciliationPerforms basic cleaning and maintenance on equipment such as totes, coolers, and crates used for deliveries, the delivery van and its shelves etc.Teaches, mentors and educates associates to help them be successful members of the eShop teamProvide continuous improvement to website conversations and customer engagementAssists as needed to ensure the success of eStore as a wholeMARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries.Also requires standing, walking and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to occasionally maneuver objects weighing up to 40 pounds from location to location.
