Job descriptions are lame... so you can just watch the video above Mission: The Associate Onboarding Specialist is focused on connecting with new JobNimbus customers to help them engage during the Onboarding Experience in order to drive value during the early adoption of the software. The Associate Onboarding Specialist will support the onboarding team by helping define, develop, and execute on engagement strategies in order to help our customers realize their business goals. What You'll Be Doing:

Become well versed in JobNimbus products and processes Serve as a resource for our VSB segment of customers and help to manage and resolve any critical situations Proactively reach out on different campaigns determined by our health score and behaviors of the customers in this segment Address day-to-day questions, resolve escalation issues, and communicate customer needs internally to influence business priorities Maintain customer data i.e. contacts, account health, significant events, substantive notes etc. in relevant systems Work with leadership to help drive cross-functional and cross-departmental initiatives that will improve the overall customer experience and lead to greater satisfaction and loyalty among customers Your Superpowers: Skilled at creating positive relationships with customers Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to host virtual meetings Ability to manage multiple customers at one time An understanding of churn and ability to combat high stress situations Ability to influence product adoption within a company. 1+ years of a customer facing role in a saas environment.
