team.We're looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join our
quickly growing marketing department. This role will mentor and
coach our content marketing and website teams that are responsible
for generating B2B Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that convert to
Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). You'll be working in variety of
channels, including content marketing/SEO, email marketing,
conferences and trade shows, and more. As our Director of Demand
Generation, you'll join a department with a solid framework already
in place, including strong SEO, great case studies, and extremely
loyal customers.How you'll make an impact:
- Own strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with Sales and leadership to develop customer
journey and drive pipeline growth.
- Evaluate current and potential marketing channels: SEO, CRO,
email nurture, educational events, webinars, conferences and trade
shows, etc.
- Track campaign and channel performance daily, with reportable
KPIs via software such as Google Analytics and Hubspot.
- Lead a team of content creators, designers and developers in
creating digital assets that deliver real value to the reader
(blogs, articles, email campaigns, guides, etc.).
- Ensure messaging and branding resonate by staying close to the
customer and understanding their unique pain points, perspectives,
and challenges.
- Invent and execute a variety of new testable marketing
campaigns. The crazier the better! We strive to be unique to stand
out from the competition.
- Stay current with not only marketing best practices, but
maintenance best practices.
- Provide messaging and design support throughout the
organization.
- Ensure your team loves their jobs so they can bring energy and
creativity to their work.Requirements
- 4+ years of recent experience B2B marketing
- 2+ years in SaaS industry
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (our tech stack
currently includes Hubspot, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google
Search Console, Airtable, Wordpress, and Outreach)
- Experience leading and developing teamsBenefits
