If you want to build a rewarding career that makes lives better on a daily basis, Medifast may be the perfect place for you.Job SummaryThe Compensation and Business Programs -Manager will work within the Coach and Client Experience team to oversee the entire implementation process for a variety of business programs. - This will include partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to track the ideation, analyzation, execution and post-mortem phases of projects. - This position will deeply understand the business model, compensation, duplication model, OWP (Optimal Well-Being Path) and Field behavior. - Responsible to gather, organize and communicate critical information related to the program to ensure milestones and deadlines are met. - The Compensation and Business Programs Manager will also maintain historical information on business programs. - -Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinates cross-functional team to execute, ensure compliance, communicate, launch, and track business programs. -Tracks all business program performance. Organizes data and maintains a library of business programs including final results, pre-mortems, retrospectives, and overall effectiveness. - -Partner with members of the CBP team to create and maintain comprehensive program documentation (Business Rules Documents) -Partner with Marketing Activation & Communication (MAC), Digital Teams and Legal to create assets and communication plans for business programs -Manages Asana project board for multiple projects within the Compensation and Business Program function. - Includes communicating timelines and raising any risks to the program. - -ScopeA subject matter expert in the Integrated Compensation Plan, the International Compensation Plan, duplication model and business processes that impact the Coach and Client experience. - The Compensation and Business Programs Manager will oversee the process to execute business programs. - Will manage various collaboration tools to ensure timelines are kept and requirements are provided to partners accurately. - The Compensation and Business Programs Manager will be responsible to raise any risks to programs. - -Knowledge, Education, Skills & Abilities

3+ yrs experience in project management or similar skills -3+ yrs experience working in a high performing, multi system environment. Strong relationship skills a must -1+ yrs experience in direct sales or similar sales channel preferred -Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate to cross- functional teams as well as a variety of stakeholders (ELT, SLT, vendors, etc.) - -Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - -Strong collaboration skills and ability to gather, organize and share Critical information -Strong critical thinking skills - -Proven track record of delivering results -Expert with collaboration tools, such as Teams, Slack, Miro, Jam Board, Asana, Salesforce, etc,. -Ability to travel 10%. -Position Located in Lehi, UT or Baltimore, MD -Powered by JazzHR
