Job Description:

The Director of Paid Search is responsible for the creation, optimization and management of Paid Search campaigns for a portfolio of clients. They will work with the client and the rest of the integrated team to deliver on goals and contribute to the overall success of the accounts.
This is an in-office position with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
We're not your typical agency. If you work for us, we expect you to sincerely care about the success of our clients as if you're part of their in-house team. You will need to treat their money as if it were your own. This includes being willing to provide honest feedback and be willing to push back on ideas that may not help the client meet their goals.
We regularly manage over $1M per month, so we are only hiring candidates that have extensive experience with ecommerce brands.
Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimize strategies for PPC clients.
• Deliver data driven bid adjustments on a daily basis to reach ROI goals.
• Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
• Improve click-through rates and quality score.
• Use A/B testing to optimize ad copy for optimal performance.
• Create performance reports on a weekly basis.
• Consistently follow the latest news, trends and product innovations in PPC advertising.
• Proactively manage relationships with our agency reps at Google and Yahoo/Bing.
• Build and manage a solid paid search team.

    Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
    • At least 4 years of relevant experience managing Paid Search campaigns and driving successful outcomes
    • Successfully managed a marketing budget of over $30k per month
    • Bachelor's Degree (B.S. / B.A.), preferably in marketing, advertising or business analytics
    • Strong knowledge of Google Ads/Bing Ads platforms (Google Ads certified)
