are currently seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to help support our
massive growth.

Job Details
Prepare and manage all aspects of 10-K, 10-Q, press releases, and
other SEC filings.
Review all regulatory reports and prepare the annual report and
proxy statements.
Prepare internal board reports and any ad hoc reports requested by
leadership.
Perform the accounting for the Company Stock Option plans as
required under FAS 123R
Prepare all required Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) documentation relating to
the accounting department.
Assist in the management of the organization's external audit
function.
Assist with the oversight of monthly, quarterly, and year-end
closing and consolidation processes.
Review the quarterly tax provision.
