About This Role
As a technical program manager, you will work with cross-functional product development teams (Product Management, UX Design, Engineering, SMEs, etc.) to deliver projects that support the strategic outcome of the business. Using Agile methodologies, you will facilitate planning, establish milestones, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and help teams to execute. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively must be exceptional, as you will often provide priority guidance on projects, partner with groups across the organization in preparing and launching services, and provide timely status updates to senior management.

What You Will Do
Drive Agile ceremonies to help cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver
Coordinate with other teams and other program managers to align efforts to desired program outcomes
Develop capacity plans and create quarterly-based delivery roadmaps
Work with teams to develop solutions to remove obstacles blocking program/project success
Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout the product delivery life cycle and the software delivery life cycle
Build and maintain strong relationships with program/project stakeholders and leadership of cross-functional teams
Surface data-backed insights to program/project stakeholders and teams to drive decision-making and facilitate tradeoff discussions
Report and communicate to senior leadership on program/project status

Desired Competencies and Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience as a technical program manager or scrum master working directly with software development teams at an enterprise SaaS company
Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management principles and methodologies
Ability to quickly understand and get into the technical details of projects
Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
Solid history of working with cross-functional teams to take projects from inception to launch
