They focus on positivity, finding solutions, and collaborating in a supportive environment. The team covers all areas of Human Resources including compliance, total rewards, business partner support, systems, and benefits.Our People Experience Manager will be part of the People/HR team and responsible for the office experience to include new hire experience, ongoing building experience and building management. The People Experience Manager will also oversee the front desk and salon team. Ultimately you will ensure our new hires and those in the building have an amazing experience being part of Weave and lead by putting our people first. We are looking for a culture champion that can make an impact on the experience at Weave.
    • This position will be hybrid, with more days being in office
      • Reports to Senior Director of HR Business PartnersWhat You Will OwnPeople Experience
        • Coordinate and execute new hire schedules and tasks associated with onboarding new hires.
        • Creating an amazing onboarding experience for new hires.
        • Responsible for the experience while in the building to include developing and holding events that build culture.
        • Support Campfire relationship and programBuilding Management Experience
          • Responsible for all building functions globally to include working with building management, building vendors, equipment vendors, etc.
          • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the building
          • Work closely with finance on budget
          • Work closely with leaders for in-office needsLeadership
            • Lead front desk
            • Lead salon team
            • Support other areas of HR to include payroll, compensations & benefits, HRBPs, and TalentWhat You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
              • Bachelor's degree preferred
              • 3+ years leadership experience
              • 5+ operational type or related experience
              • Proven experience as a leader
              • Proven experience developing others
              • Proven experience managing projects successfully
