Since the firm was founded, it has grown to more than 350 professionals with unmatched Life Science, Technology, Software, Fintech and industry experience.This role can be remote or hybridYour Opportunity: Learning & Development Senior Manager The Learning & Development (L&D) Senior Manager will lead our firm's learning and education program. - The Learning & Development Senior Manager must be highly organized and adept at juggling multiple projects and responsibilities, able to take initiative to complete complex tasks such as coordinating the logistics of various training programs across the firm quickly and autonomously, able to administer the Learning Management System, ensure firm compliance with state and national learning and education requirements and ensure firm compliance with partner sponsored certifications. - Job Summary:The L&D Senior Manager is responsible for the following: - - - - - - - Become a positive and trusted resource for learning & education with our professionals. - - - - - - - Display strong critical thinking/problem solving abilities and adaptability in potentially ambiguous situations. - - - - - - - Maintain a positive attitude towards accomplishing objectives in a timely manner. - - - - - - - Work both collaboratively and individually to assist with the development and logistical execution of various training programs (in person and virtual) to create great learning experiences for all professionals. - - - - - - - Partner with the Managing Partner of Client Experiences in the delivery of core subjects desired for the development of firm client-serving professionals. - - - - - - - Drive the creation and delivery of a curriculum of "non-technical" type training to firm client-serving professionals. - - - - - - - Proactively, organize/manage and execute logistics for various trainings. - This includes, though is not limited to, setting up classrooms/webinars, class registrations, sending and monitoring calendar invitations and coordinating attendance tracking for all instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training classes. - - - - - - - Manage and administer the Learning Management System, including tracking of class course offerings, attendance, completion, and issuance of CPE certificates. - - - - - - - Develop and enhance the firm's learning and education infrastructure. - - - - - - - Assist with the creation and monitoring of firm training performance metrics by compiling data from the Learning Management System. - - - - - - - Assist with the development of firm policies and procedures around learning and development. - - - - - - - Draft and edit written correspondence in the form of memos, emails, external or internal communications; create and/or maintain various spreadsheets, presentations and other materials as meetings or projects arise. - - - - - - - Understand requirements for CPA licensure across multiple jurisdictions. - - - - - - - Understand CPE or certificate requirements for subjects designated by the Managing Partner of Client Experiences. - - - - - - - Ensure that the firm's educational offerings comply with various state and national requirements, including working towards National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) certification. - - - - - - - Build, coach, develop, and manage operational professionals in various parts of the country to facilitate the Firm's learning and development goals. - - - - - - - Gather and maintain applicable licensure information for all employees.Qualifications: - - - - - - - 4+ years working with Learning Management Systems (posting, reporting and managing administration for educational offerings). 7+ years of professional experience. - - - - - - - Professional Services experience is required - - - - - - - Demonstrates strong initiative, proactive planning, resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities and heavily focused on customer service - - - - - - - Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational and project management skills, ability to prioritize, work with various stakeholders across the firm, and take ownership and responsibility - - - - - - - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality - - - - - - - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - - - - - - - Extremely professional, personable, and likeable.
