Clientbook is a small, but well-funded SaaS company that's growing as fast as the weeds in your yard in summer. And we need awesome people to join our team (more on that below).
So, what do we do? Good question. We've created an industry-leading mobile app and platform that enables high-end retail sales associates to actively clientele. Not sure what clienteling is? That's ok, most of our employees didn't either when we hired them. Clienteling is basically the art of building long-term relationships with clients. Some might call it relationship-based selling.
Anyway, that's what we do, and we've helped hundreds of jewelry, music, fashion, and furniture, (plus a whole bunch of other) stores to increase sales and drive repeat business. When it comes to retail, we're their biggest champion.

Clientbook is looking for a highly-skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

What you will do here.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and CS teams to create a cohesive customer journey and execute on lifecycle marketing programs that encompass email marketing and automation.
Create a cohesive lifecycle strategy across acquisition, onboarding, customer retention, expand/upsell.
Determine best success metrics, and measurement to understand impact of programs on lead volume, pipeline, and revenue.
Understand basic marketing principles around messaging, positioning, value selling and funnel progression.
Maintain customer and prospect databases and design interactions to deepen relationships.
Manage audience segmentations and lists, including number of touches, engagement, unsubscribes and audience size.

What we hope you will bring.

Rest assured that we're not going to expect you to have decades of experience for a position that requires a quarter of that. We're reasonable humans. We also don't care about your high school GPA or what you got on the ACT. What we're hoping you'll bring is:
4+ years of experience with lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, email marketing, and web analytics
Proficiency with ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Pardot or similar MAPs
Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts, metrics, and best practices
General understanding of opt-in policies, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR
Proficient writer and editor.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of Salesforce or integrating email marketing platforms with Salesforce highly desirable.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative, upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
