The Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will be responsible for Purple's omnichannel pricing and promotions strategy, developing and managing a margin management framework, and building out a dedicated RGM organization. You will be accountable for delivering analysis and recommendations that drive achievement of ASP, Promo ROI, and Gross Margin Ladder KPIs.

As this is not an entry-level position, you will have at least 10 years of experience working in a retail setting to be considered. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product & Merchandising, you will work closely with Category Merchandising and Merchandise Planning to influence the business strategy. Job Description

Responsibilities
Build and oversee a focused RGM team, including setting clear objectives and KPIs consistent with company strategy and AOP, and inspiring team to meet and exceed service level agreements with Category Merchandising and others
Identify process gaps and collaborate with Merchandising Planning, Data Analytics, Channel partners, FP&A and others to create business processes to enable sustainable growth
Develop and communicate a clear pricing and promotions strategy across the Merchandising and Channel Sales teams, including channel conflict mitigation principles, promotions guardrails and governance model
Optimize Purple's promotion planning process and recommend areas for improvement, with a focus on utilizing data and analytics to optimize initiatives
Identify strategic pricing, promotion and bundle modifications based on business objectives, desired consumer behavior, sales trends, basket analysis and competitive data
Maintain historical pricing actions and forecast future price changes for key competitors
Perform analysis and make recommendations for changing pricing based on cost changes
Work with Consumer Insights and Data Analytics to develop promotional tests to inform promotions strategy
Forecast promotion ROI, perform hindsights, and track effectiveness of promotions over time to understand trends and identify opportunities
Manage promotional planning, including understanding sales channel needs and opportunities and providing recommendations to Category Merchandising
Work with FP&A and Sales Channels to create and implement a gross-to-net margin management framework to deliver on LRP and AOP margin goals

Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred (MBA or Merchandising/Marketing Analytics/Financial Planning & Analytics)
10+ years of experience in merchandising analytics or related field; Omnichannel experience is required
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven and customer-centric recommendations
Experience presenting to executives and influencing strategy creation and execution across functions
Track record of leading teams and working collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
Ability to set clear objectives and measure performance
Experience balancing stakeholder requirements and prioritizing projects
Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills, Tableau/Looker/similar platforms
