Are you interested in taking your career and MX to the next level as our newest Director of Business Development? MX is excited to announce that we are hiring a new team member that will be responsible for building and scaling our Global SI Business. You will do this by developing and scaling strategic partner initiatives that drive MX net-new business, support partner GTM strategies; and build mindshare by continually improving and streamlining processes while acting as the single access point for various cross-team collaboration and enablement activities with Global System Integrators and other strategic market influencers. Key areas of focus will be expansion with Fortune 100 Financial Services Teams, FI Consulting practices, and Financial Services Cloud Providers.. What you'll get to do---. Rally peers, clients, partners, and industry leaders to the benefits of MX's various product offerings. Recruit, Cultivate, and Ignite SI/MSP partnerships and develop the SI ecosystem into a predictable revenue stream and strategic advantage for MX and the SI partners.. Develop measurement plans and routinely communicate the impact of strategic programs to the leadership team.. Drive cadence across the business to help teams at all levels become more efficient at scale. Improve processes, tools, and templates to make work simple and meet the MX quality bar.. Deliver accurate forecasting, and take the necessary actions to achieve the incremental goals for GSI bookings.. Embed MX solutions into key offerings from the Global SI's. Ensuring that MX becomes a natural extension and strategic advantage to their core digital transformation opportunities.. Be an advocate and ambassador for our SIs (and partners in general) inside MX. You will own the development of a data-driven decision process that creates scale for our GSI partners.. Work in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Biz Dev, MXCX, Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Advocacy to ensure there is alignment across the business.. Negotiate the terms of partnership agreements that deliver on expected outcomes. Find innovative ways to reach prospective customers and new markets. Work closely with the sales leadership on strategy and coordinate with Account Executives to deliver that strategy. You will do it using your.... Intelligence, experience, and passion. 15+ years of experience working with Financial Services Teams, FI Consulting practices, and Financial Services Cloud Providers. Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analysis, clear and direct communication,. Ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships, advocates, and champions. 7+ years of strategic partnership, business development, and channel partnership experience. 7+ years in jr. leadership roles, consulting and/or helping to lead large-scale enterprise transformation projects with fortune 50 companies.. Strong history of SaaS and FI experience standing up partner ecosystems, vars, SI, or Managed Service Providers.. 7+ years in leadership as a thought leader in open banking, micro-services architecture, and cloud economics.. Clear and genuine communication skills and executive presence. Excellent relationship-building skills that inspire trust and credibility with all levels of individuals, both inside and outside the company.. Good old fashioned GRIT, hard work, and determination.
