Job Description:

As an Account Director, you are responsible for the digital marketing success of a certain amount of clients. You'll have a team of at least one other marketer to help with all of your duties. You and your team will develop a marketing strategy for your clients as well as handle execution. We have a writing team, design team, programming team and video production team so you won't be responsible for creating any content. Ideas for content and promotion of the content is executed by you and your team. There will be a lot of outreach and developing relationships with sites and individual influencers. Another big part of your role is handling on-page optimization for your client's websites and social media accounts. All client communication and reporting is managed through you as well. This role is a lot to take on but we help you succeed with a great team behind you and the best tools available. Qualifications/Experience

• Expert level knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing (Content Marketing, SEO, Social Media, PPC. etc.) and how they all work together.
• 2-3+ years experience in digital marketing (less experience is okay if you can show amazing results from past work).
• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
• Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and Adobe SiteCatalyst.
• Experience with Moz, BuzzStream, GroupHigh, Link Research Tools, Majestic SEO, Ahrefs.
• Ability to organize and analyze data with Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Self disciplined and motivated as well as a team player.
• Thirst for knowledge...constantly reading, studying and testing.
• Uber competitive but always compassionate and helpful to others.
• Creative and innovative.
• Ability to meet deadlines even if that means working weekends or late nights sometimes.
• Love knowing everything and talking about it but nothing satisfies you more than DOING it!
• Not afraid of reaching out to complete strangers and able to quickly connect and build a bond with them...the more social you are the better.

• Health Savings Account (HSA): Employee is able to allocate pre-tax dollars to be used on medical care expenses. 97th Floor contributes $150/month ($1,800 per year) to the employee's HSA. The money rolls over year over year and it remains the employee's even after they leave 97th Floor.
• Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Employee is able to allocate pre-tax dollars to be used on dependent care expenses. This is a use it or lose it plan. Whatever the employee doesn't use in a year, they lose. If the employee leaves 97th Floor, whatever is remaining in their account stays with the company.
• Commuter Benefits: Employee is able to allocate pre-tax dollars to be used on commuter expenses. Train, subway, bus, parking. 97th Floor contributes up to $50/month ($600 per year) to the employee's commuter benefit plan. This is a use it or lose it plan. • Conferences and trainings: 97th Floor will pay for most online trainings/courses. 97th Floor will pay for most local conferences. 97th Floor will occasionally pay for travel, food, accommodations, and tickets for out of state conferences. Typically one per year.
• Speaking opportunities: 97th Floor helps employees pitch to speak at industry conferences and events. If selected, 97th Floor pays for travel, food, and accommodations. This needs to be approved first.

• AF Canyon Run Against Cancer: Free entry for the half marathon for the employee. Usually the employee can get free entries for at least one family member or friend.
• Thanksgiving Point Pass: This corporate pass is fully transferable and allows a party of up to 8 people per visit. This pass also provides entry into Ashton Gardens, Farm Country, Museum of Ancient Life, and Museum of Natural Curiosity. Includes a 10% discount on food and retail purchases at Thanksgiving Point, a 50% discount on admissions for guests over the initial 8, and can be used for personal or work use.
• Sundance Corporate Pass: 97th Floor has four fully transferable passes. These passes work for both winter and summer use. Skiing and snowboarding in the winter, scenic lift rides, hikes, and mounting biking in the summer. Passes may be used for personal or work use.
