Your role is to manage the creation and maintenance of Entrata's software solutions. You will work closely with internal managers, user experience designers, architects, and other Software Development Managers, in addition to managing one or more offshore development teams from our sister company, located in Pune, India. Responsibilities: Uses agile software development methodology to maximize output of assigned resources Masters the best practices of Agile Software Development by writing efficient user stories, user acceptance criteria, and carrying out sprint-planning meetings, and daily scrums. Maintains tight communication with development teams through nightly voice calls and timely email correspondence Takes complete ownership of urgent and immediate bugs and ensures timely resolution by coordinating US and Indian resources and following up until issues are resolved.
