  • Leading and mentoring in the development of the analytics team, which includes both business analysts and data scientists
  • Developing and executing an analytics roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy and architecture
  • Building strong relationships with company leadership and peers to understand their needs
  • Prioritizing and assigning incoming projects
  • Frequently interacting with executives and senior management to define goals, strategic plans, and communicate data and analytic insights
  • Providing analysis and information supporting various campaigns, events, and initiatives, summarize key findings and trends, produce data sheets, graphics, and presentations
  • Fundamentally re-imagining the current Analytics delivery model to better meet the company's expectations and growth
  • Forecasting various data elements, such as sales and enrollments
  • Analyzing programs, contests, price changes, etc.
  • Evaluate riskExperience you'll need:
    • Expert-level experience with analytical methods, with proven ability to work with business, technical and analytics leaders
    • Experience with statistical programming tools (Python, R, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of SQL, using a variety of database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle and Snowflake
    • Familiar with complex modeling and analytical methodology including, but not exclusively, Clustering, Market Segmentation, Factor/Component Analysis, etc.
    • Ability to provide leadership for a multi-disciplinary team
    • Ability to empower team members and develop talent
