As the Channel Manager, you will have the opportunity to build one of the most strategically important teams at scale Podium by bringing the power of Podium---s Interaction Management Platform to third-party partners, such as ISOs and ISVs. We---re looking for someone who can shape our strategy, establish a team, and close channel partnerships in the payments space. This is a unique opportunity to build a multi-million dollar line of business. What you will be doing: Refine the strategy to accelerate Podiums--- growth via solution agency reseller partners Build and lead a team of Payments Channel Sellers and Partner Managers to source, structure, retain, and execute on strategic partnerships which will increase the growth of Podium Aid the overall strategy and GTM motions of our solution partner focus Develop the playbook for Channel Partner growth and activation and work with the Sales and Account Management team to activate Channel Partners Build and maintain an intimate understanding of Podiums--- products, value proposition, and the competitive marketplace What you should have: 3-5 years of leadership in building channel partner sales teams 3 years of sales/performance leadership experience Deep familiarity in the payments reseller landscape Experience crafting reseller relationships and agreements Experience working with agencies Founder/CEO mentality What we hope you have: 5 years working in or with ISOs Experience leading a global team Exceptional oral and written communication skills Experience in one of our core verticals (e.g., retail, healthcare, auto, home services) A stellar onsite gym with local professional coaches, morning and night classes offered Weekly free lunch, breakfast and smoothies Swag Podium is an equal opportunity employer.
