Job Description and Skills Needed: Glass Bead or Sandblasting of stainless steel Ability to use: manual lathe, metal band saws, metal roll, mills, grinding and hand polishing tools Background in the metal industry Ability to interpret shop weld and fabrication drawings Highly motivated, self-starter, capable of working independently as well as in a team setting. Able to work independently with little supervision. This job requires you to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Have a high focus on safety and the ability to learn and follow LACO’s safety standards. We need a hard-working individual who is dependable and on time to work each day. Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent TIG welding & MIG welding experience a plus 1-2 years of shop experience Job Details: 5 days/week Monday through Thursday with every other Friday off Full-Time. 2nd shift 3:00 pm – 12:30 am. You will be able to participate in our 9/80 work schedule. Hourly rate: $19.00-$21.00 depending on experience, plus a $1.00 shift differential.
