Responsibilities The --Vice President of-- Endpoint Software-- Engineering and Development will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee activities-- related to the development of the Fidelis Endpoint product ,-- ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees the preparation and final approval of project plans --and software designs .
• Conducts or acquires cost analysis-- for --development projects ; prepares or delegates preparation of schedule of-- project completion dates.
• Ensure s that-- projects are completed within budget and in an-- economical --manner.
• Establishes and implements-- the-- strategic direction of the-- Endpoint product, working closely with Product Management and Fidelis Product leadership .
• Collaborates with the company's executive leadership to develop and meet-- organizational --goals while supplying expertise and guidance on-- projects,-- operations , --and systems .
  • Oversees the-- daily --workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Directs --office management activities related to-- our Lehi, UT --office lease and environment . Qualifications The qualified candidate will possess the following:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of-- software-- engineering principles and procedures.
    • Extensive knowledge of EPP and EDR-- applications and competitors.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent with Agile-- project management skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience:
        • Bachelor's degree-- in Engineering --or Computer-- Science --is-- required ; --M asters-- Degree --preferred.
        • At least ten-- years of related experience --required . Desired --Skills/Abilities:--
          • Practical-- experience in-- software engineering as a code developer .
          • Experience with development and strategy for-- EPP and EDR products .
          • Experience with Q A practices and timely product testing .
          • Willing to perform as an engineer as needed to meet schedules and deliverables. Diversity is important to us:
