Job Description Job Title:-Member Advocate (Customer Service
Representative) Duration - 3 months with Possibility of FTE Hybrid
- 2 days office (Monday-Tuesday) Pay Rate:- $19/hr About the role :
We are looking someone who have Customer Service experience in
Lehi, UT. You will be joining us for the most critical time of the
year. January 1st is the "Super Bowl" of healthcare, as new health
plans launch, and our members are actively engaging with their
benefits. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless
and exceptional experience for them during this peak period. Day to
Day: Get an introduction into health insurance, benefits, and
network plans to support tier 1 member questions and support
Connect with members via phone and email to address and resolve a
variety of member inquiries to help people understand, navigate,
and pay for healthcare Support and cultivate office culture that
aligns with their values and incorporates the outstanding aspects
of the team. Schedules: (30 min lunch break) 9-2pm (22.5 hours)
10-3 pm (22.5 hours) 11-4 pm (22.5 hours) Training: 1.5 weeks to
prepare you for success. Hours will be 10-3 and you cannot miss 1
